9am to 7pm from 16 March to 14 October (last entry 5:30pm); 9am to 5pm from 15 October to 15 March (last entry 3:30pm). Closed 25 December and 1 January.

Tickets carry your name, and entries are capped at 20,000 a day, so book ahead online through Vivaticket, the park's official seller. On site, the only official ticket offices are at the Porta Marina, Piazza Esedra and Piazza Anfiteatro entrances.
