Under 18s, and school students over 18 with a student card. Under 14s must be with an adult. The other park buildings (Moroccan House, Hunding's Hut, Gurnemanz Hermitage) need no ticket; the Moorish Kiosk is under scaffolding until 2028.
Opening hours
Palace 9am to 6pm from 15 April to 15 October, 10am to 4:30pm the rest of the year. The Venus Grotto and park buildings close in winter. Closed 1 January, Shrove Tuesday and 24, 25 and 31 December.

Visits are by guided tour only. Some tickets are sold online in the Bavarian Palace Administration's shop (online ticket holders skip the cash-desk queue); most are sold at the palace cash desk.
