Tuesday to Sunday: 10am to 6pm from October to March, 10am to 7pm from April to September. Last entry 1 hour 15 minutes before closing. Closed Mondays, and 1 and 6 January, 1 May, 13 September, 24, 25 and 31 December.

Tickets must be bought ahead, on Patrimonio Nacional's official site or at the Visitor Reception Centre opposite the north façade; time slots can sell out. Individual visitors go in through the Kings' Courtyard on the west side.
